About this website

This website is operated by LNJC Pharmaceuticals and Medical Supplies Co., Ltd. ("LNJC", "we", "us"), a company registered with the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the Republic of Yemen, with offices at Shu'ub Directorate, Sa'wan, next to Nissan Photography, in front of Al-Rafa Hospital, Sana'a. These English pages are written for manufacturers, suppliers and business partners outside Yemen. They are not an offer to sell medicines or medical devices to the public.

Privacy

What we collect. Only what you send us. If you complete the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, company name and your message. If you email or message us directly we receive whatever you include. Our hosting provider also records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type.

Why we use it. To answer your enquiry, to assess a possible supply or distribution relationship, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.

Who sees it. Enquiries reach our commercial team. Our website host, Hostinger International Ltd., processes the data on our behalf as part of hosting and form delivery. We disclose information beyond this only where Yemeni law requires it, or where you have asked us to — for example to a regulatory authority as part of a product registration you have instructed us to pursue.

How long we keep it. Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for up to two years. Records connected to a signed agreement are kept while that agreement is in force and for the period afterwards required by Yemeni commercial and pharmaceutical record-keeping rules.

Your choices. Write to contact@landcarenj.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will reply within thirty days. Where you hold statutory data rights in your own jurisdiction, we will honour them as far as Yemeni law permits.

Cookies. This site uses only the cookies its hosting platform needs to serve pages and keep forms working. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Terms of use

The text, photographs, logo and layout on this site belong to LNJC unless marked otherwise. You may quote or reproduce them in order to evaluate us as a partner. Any other commercial reuse needs our written permission.

Manufacturer names, brands and logos referred to here belong to their respective owners and are used to describe existing distribution relationships. Their appearance does not imply that those companies endorse this website.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, a price quotation or a binding commitment. A supply or distribution relationship with LNJC arises only from a written agreement signed by both parties.

Where we describe ourselves as exclusive distributor in the Republic of Yemen for a named manufacturer, that exclusivity rests on a signed agreement with that manufacturer, is limited to the territory of Yemen, and covers only the products named in the agreement.

We work to keep this site accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or current, and we are not liable for decisions taken solely on what it says. Please confirm anything material with us in writing.

Products

Product references on this site are business information. They are not medical advice, not prescribing guidance, and not an invitation for members of the public to buy medicines or medical devices.

The products we are responsible for supplying are registered in the Republic of Yemen with the Ministry of Industry and Trade and with the Ministry of Public Health and Population. Registration certificates and supporting documentation are available to partners and institutional buyers on request.

A product we do not yet represent must complete registration with the same authorities before it can be imported and marketed in Yemen. We manage that process together with the manufacturer.

Medicines and medical devices should be selected, dispensed and used only by qualified healthcare professionals, in line with the manufacturer's approved labelling.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Yemen, and the courts of Sana'a have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless a signed agreement between us provides otherwise.
